Project Manager

A regional general contractor is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to oversee multiple projects near Syosset, NY. Known for a strong internal culture and repeat business from top-tier clients, they offer a professional, team-oriented environment with long-term career growth opportunities. *Description* * Lead full project lifecycle: from pre-construction through closeout * Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor performance * Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and superintendents * Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders * Maintain compliance with safety and quality regulations * Provide clear project updates to stakeholders and internal leadership *Profile* This person is a confident, solution-oriented leader with strong technical knowledge of healthcare construction. They thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are highly skilled in project planning, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving under pressure.
