About the Company - Our client a well established and extremely reputable UK Commercial Finance Brokerage are looking to recruit a Junior Commercial Finance Broker into their Glasgow Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team and embark on a very exciting career in commercial/business finance. About the Role - The suitable candidate MUST have experience within Financial Services with some knowledge of Commercial Mortgages. The main aim of this role is to support, process and liaise with customers during the journey of their commercial mortgage. You will work extremely closely with very experienced Commercial Mortgage Brokers who will be provide ongoing training and support from the start. Responsibilities - To maintain up to date market knowledge to enable the identification of appropriate solutions for customers To source and present debt facilities to clients To prepare and submit quality applications for finance on behalf of clients To identify and develop relationships with active lending institutions To plan, manage and execute several ongoing assignments at any one time whilst ensuring that tight deadlines are met To operate in line with FCA Guidelines Pay range and compensation package - This is a full time permanent position with a hybrid model, working from the office in Glasgow 3 days per week and 2 from home.
