Business Analyst - Operational Technology

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OT Business Analyst to support key cybersecurity and operational technology initiatives. This role involves driving process improvements, implementing physical security enhancements, and advancing cyber training and awareness programs. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of operational technology and business processes. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to document and evaluate existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Process Analysis: Understand the reasoning behind current practices and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency, security, and user experience. Project Support: Contribute to the implementation of physical security technologies, such as smart locks, and streamline site access, approval, and key management workflows. Cyber Training Initiatives: Support efforts to improve cyber education programs and raise awareness among staff. Process Mapping: Lead efforts in mapping and optimizing workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices. Ownership and Accountability: Take responsibility for assigned tasks, pushing for progress where necessary and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Adaptability: Quickly familiarize yourself with ongoing projects to maintain momentum and meet tight deadlines. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within cyber security, operational technology, or related fields. Proactive Approach: Demonstrated ability to independently identify opportunities for improvement and drive impactful change. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, from technical staff to business stakeholders. Process Expertise: Proficiency in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing workflows to identify gaps and implement enhancements. Technical Familiarity: Understanding of physical security systems (e.g., smart locks) and experience in cyber training programs is an advantage. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly present ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
