The Role As a HR Intern in the Total Rewards Team you will assist in various aspects of Total rewards administration, including separation processes, new joiner compensation updates, flexible working requests, benefits administration, and documentation. Your goal will be to ensure seamless employee experiences and timely settlements. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in total rewards and HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in processing employee separations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of formalities. Prepare separation reports and analysis to support business insights. Process flexible working requests from employees, adhering to company policies and procedures. New Joiner Compensation tagging: Update new joiner compensation localization, and TUPE employee etc details in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Transfer IN/OUT Cases: Maintain and update the master tracker for transfer cases, ensuring documentation and compliance. Benefits Administration: Process invoices and uploads for Cycle to Work and Childcare Voucher benefits schemes. Update new joiners, localization, and TUPE employee benefits on the benefits portal. Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned. Your Profile: Key skills/knowledge/experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with HR systems and processes (desirable not mandatory). Open to students currently enrolled in a degree program (HR, Business, or related field preferred).
