It’s about consultative selling, understanding what your clients need, and creating tailored fire and security solutions that really work. What you’ll be doing: Building and growing long-term service and system contracts with commercial clients. Advising on upgrades and system improvements – CCTV, fire alarms, intruder systems, access control and more. Spotting new business opportunities, visiting client sites, and creating tailored proposals. Working closely with engineers and account managers to ensure solutions are delivered smoothly. Managing your own diary – whether you’re on the road, working from home, or dropping into the office. What you’ll need: Experience in field sales – ideally within fire & security or technical B2B environments. A consultative, solutions-led approach – you’ll enjoy getting under the skin of a client’s setup and finding the right fit. Commercial awareness and the confidence to develop your own patch. A full UK driving licence. What’s in it for you: £33,000 – £58,000 basic depending on experience, plus uncapped monthly commission. Guaranteed £500/month commission for your first six months.
