That's where you come in As a Senior Engineer/Technical Lead you will: build robust and scalable software for high-volume web-based applications working across the stack. inherit a small but well-oiled squad engineers and supercharge their delivery by taking technical oversight, developing roadmaps, optimising for speed and quality and generally seeking out areas for improvement. This is technical leadership not people management . You'll be someone who has worked commercially with either Python or a JVM language (Java/Scala/Kotlin) on the back-end plus React/Typescript on the front-end.
