Requirement: Proven track record of successful engineering project delivery and operational performance through multi-functional engineering teams. What You’ll Be Doing: Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance across assigned projects. Apply New Product Introduction (NPI) policies & processes. Be a role model for inclusive, cross-functional teamwork. Collaborate with and contribute to the wider project management community.
