We’re looking for a German-speaking Recruiter to support recruitment for a global client in the pharmaceutical sector . We are open to Remote working but we have a super capable German team in the Edinburgh office You’ll play a key role in sourcing and hiring top-tier candidates across Germany and the DACH region, supporting scientific, technical, and manufacturing functions. What You’ll Be Doing Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver best-in-class talent across Germany and the DACH region Managing full-cycle recruitment with a focus on quality, compliance, and candidate care Providing an excellent candidate experience in both English and German Building tailored sourcing strategies for specialist pharma and life sciences roles Strengthening our client’s employer brand across relevant channels and networks Screening CV'S and calling candidates What You’ll Bring Fluent German and English (written and spoken) An interests in AI or learning AI recruitment skills Proven recruitment experience, ideally within manufacturing , pharma, life sciences , or technical sectors Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, high-quality environment Understanding of the hiring landscape in Germany and/or the broader DACH region Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and local compliance considerations A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for people What’s in it for You?
