International Blue Chip Private Equity portfolio company 8-12 PQE Senior Legal Counsel General Commercial experience Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and growing organisation? We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team, working closely with the UK & Ireland Legal Director on a diverse range of legal matters. In this role, you'll help implement strategic legal and compliance projects, with a particular focus on consumer interests. Key responsibilities: Review, draft and negotiate broad range of complex B2C commercial contracts Navigate internal governance matters and provide guidance to the wider business Work with colleagues to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements including managing any regulatory investigations Support the development and ongoing review of processes including training the wider business and templates Liaise with third part advisors and service providers Ad-hoc support to the wider legal team You will: Come with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience Strong knowledge of UK commercial and contractual law It is desirable that you have worked in-house or in a consumer focused environment/with consumer clients Come with a confident attitude with ability to push back on decisions and actions when required and actively contribute to business discussions You are someone who cares about making a positive impact on a daily basis and you come with a can do attitude and creative mindset This opportunity a hybrid role with 1-2 days in office If this opportunity has piqued your interest, please contact Dominic Pulsford with your CV on dpulsford@kgglobal.co.uk.
