Engineering Shift Lead Are you an experienced Engineering Leader within a FMCG environment? Are you passionate about Engineering and developing your career? Do you have proven Mechanical knowledge which you are able to implement? MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Engineering Shift Lead. This is a perm role based in Livingston. Key Responsibilities: Assist the team in working towards maximum OEE capacity Ensure the completion of planned maintenance documents and CMMS input Support, motivate, develop, and coach the team. Recognise and reward performance, and drive robust individual training plans Lead the shift engineering team to continuously improve plant reliability Follow and maintain site principles What are we looking for? FMCG experience HNC (or above) in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred) CMMS experience Shift work Salary up to £64,000 Please contact Scott Millican today for further information.
