Project Manager - FMCG

Minimum requirements: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation through completion. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines, stay within scope and budget, and align with our organizational objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and communicate progress effectively. Preferred Experience: - Any experience in FMCG (machinery) or light equipment manufacturing (ideal) - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Project Management certifications (PMP) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field. Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects with diverse stakeholders. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations. - Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Work extended hours to meet deadlines which may include weekends and public holidays. o Important: Flexible to travel local and abroad for extended periods to meet project deadlines. - Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, excel and word.
