Job Description

Locations: Singapore or Cyberjaya, Malaysia Job Purpose: Lead and manage complex, large-scale internal projects and product initiatives to drive strategic change and achieve measurable business outcomes. This role requires a highly experienced individual with a proven track record in cost optimization and revenue generation, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of product management principles. The successful candidate will oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, while managing complex cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Lead multiple complex, large-scale internal projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, data science, and operations. Maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders. Use analytics and reporting for data-driven decision-making. Implement cost optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses. Develop revenue-generating programs and initiatives. Navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and align projects with organizational goals. Innovate in 'zero-to-one' scenarios and address vague problems with creative solutions. Product Management: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Create detailed product specifications and requirements. Collaborate with engineering and design teams for product development and launch. Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ongoing improvements. Analyze product performance data to guide future development. Prioritize features based on user needs and business value. Coordinate with marketing and sales for product launches and promotion. Gather user feedback to inform product decisions. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related; master’s preferred. 10 years in program management, with successful delivery of large-scale projects. 5 years in product management, with comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle. Experience leading cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives. Proven experience in cost optimization and revenue initiatives. Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile. Experience in technology or data-driven industries preferred. Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
