Analyst/Associate, Private Equity Direct Investment

At Sun Venture, we invest globally and across different asset classes such as public equities, fixed income, private markets funds, real estate, private equity and alternatives. www.sunventure.com As a member of Sun Venture's Private Equity Direct Investment team, the Analyst/Associate will assist in industry and market research, financial analysis, due diligence and internal approval workstreams during the evaluation of investment opportunities, as well as portfolio management on existing investments. Key responsibilities include: Conduct macro-level industry and market research Analyse performance of potential targets and build financial model to determine fair valuation Prepare investment memos and conduct due diligence on prospective investment opportunities Monitor and manage the performance of existing investments Compile performance data and perform portfolio analysis and benchmarking Develop network with junior bankers to support deal sourcing and origination Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any field A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in private market investments or corporate finance. Strong in financial analysis and financial modelling Keen eye for details and self-starter, able to multi-task, with a focus on delivering results Ability to communicate and persuade effectively (both written and spoken) Possess astute commercial sense, strong analytical and critical thinking skills Team player, adaptable and willing to learn J-18808-Ljbffr
