Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Technical Department Team, reporting to the Head of Quality & Product Engineering Compliance. The mission of quality control for bulk and finished goods is to evaluate products and accessories in terms of functionality and aesthetics to ensure conformity of submissions and lots. In particular, you will: Evaluate cosmetic bulk submissions Plan, manage, and perform statistical quality controls on finished goods and accessories according to AQL Engage suppliers on corrective actions resulting from non-compliances Collaborate with partners in deep-diving causes of complaints and proposing corrective actions Support the QA team in managing customer quality complaints Ensure the correct storage of standard samples and technical data What you will need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Engineering 1 to 3 years of experience in Cosmetic Quality Control Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Good understanding of primary and secondary packaging (glass, plastic, aluminium, paper) Knowledge of SAP is a plus Strong knowledge of statistical controls Strong analytical skills Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken Ability to use common measurement tools Preferred qualifications A leadership-driven approach: thinking before acting, innovating, simplifying, and delivering results Customer-first mindset, driving change, and leading by example Collaborative attitude, willingness to grow expertise, and embrace diversity Ability to learn on the job Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Highly collaborative style and ability to work effectively in teams Openness to continuous feedback culture J-18808-Ljbffr
