Position Summary This role involves coordinating and leading sales activities in the EU market, focusing on industries such as corporate events, concerts, festivals, broadcasting, virtual applications, mainly for Rental and Staging LED product lines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for market development and new business opportunities. Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients. Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Participate in annual business planning and target setting. Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions. Travel regularly within the region to develop business and coordinate with distributors. Stay informed about new products and industry trends. Gather and relay customer feedback to headquarters. Prepare regular sales and industry reports. Manage communication during project implementation. Other Duties Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events and trade shows. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in AV industry. At least 3 years’ experience in related projects involving sales or marketing responsibilities. Skills and Knowledge Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Customer-oriented problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
