Proposal Specialist

Social network you want to login/join with: Will be involved in coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal. Will be involved in managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals. Will closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders. Experience and Requirements Experience: 2 - 4 years in roles such as Proposal Specialist, Jr Proposal Manager, or Jr Project Engineer, in large-scale infrastructural and building projects at both national and international levels. Management Skills: Ability to manage proposals and bids, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in Italian, English, and preferably French, with attention to detail and proposal presentation. Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively across various company functions involved in the proposal process. Willingness to pursue growth in developing public and private commercial proposals.
