SR FIRMWARE ENGINEER

Position: Sr Firmware Engineer Location: Varese, Italia Job Task: Develop, integrate, and validate embedded software for platforms based on real-time Operating Systems and Linux. Develop software architectures. Maintain documentation and ensure software deliverables meet requirements. Competence Requirements: BSc/MSc Degree in Computer or Electronic Engineering. At least 4 years of working experience in the same role. Good knowledge of C language and microcontroller architecture. Knowledge of communication protocols such as: Ethernet, FlexRay, PCI, SPI, UART, USB. Good knowledge of real-time OS (VxWorks, FreeRTOS, RTOS, RTLinux, etc.) and Linux. Familiarity with Software architecture. Good knowledge of standard protocols (A2L), XCP, UDS, etc. Fluent English (both written and spoken). Nice to Have: Organizational skills and teamworking attitude. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. All the skills above will be verified in a technical qualification meeting.
