Cybersecurity Specialist

The role will be part of a structured ICT team operating across three main areas: Business Continuity, Information Security, and Digitalization. Responsibilities: Ensure that security vision is shared at all levels; Define information security policies within the company; Analyze risks and threats, mitigating potential vulnerabilities in client IT infrastructures; Ensure data backup and retention policies comply with standards; Manage the incident response plan (IRP); Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage advanced security solutions (SOAR, SIEM, MSSP, XDR); Present reports and periodic security indicators to management. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of fundamental information security principles (cryptography, authentication, access control, management of inhibitions); 3-4 years of experience in a similar role; Specialized education in the field; Knowledge of main security frameworks (NIST, ISO27001, etc.); Good command of English, with autonomy in interviews, including phone calls; Availability for occasional travel; IT security certifications.
