Job Description: Key member of top management team responsible for all strategic, tactical and operational aspects of the company Responsible for the team of professionals and 3rd party business partners managing all financial and administrative functions of the company Accountable for local statutory compliance Accountable for corporate financial reporting, including USGAAP, financial forecasting and consolidation Partner with local sales and operations managers to support their decision making with relevant and accurate information and business KPI’s Evaluate and support investment projects Profile: At least 5-10 years of senior leadership experience in finance and administration At least 3-5 years of finance and administration experience in a multinational company Knowledge of Italian statutory compliance process, Italian GAAP and transfer price regulation and best practices Experience working and developing an outsourced back-office function Familiarity with USGAAP and corporate financial consolidation concepts Good understanding of cash flow analysis and project valuation methods Education equivalent to MBA or higher, with preferred emphasis on operations management and/or international management Experience with risk management In-depth knowledge of office technologies (Excel expertise a must) and familiarity with at least one major ERP application suite Creative problem solver with ability to facilitate and lead cross-functional teams Company Culture: Results oriented Entrepreneurship Empowered / Self guiding organization Dynamic industry and company environment Continuous improvement / flexible and open to change Lean organization with highly outsourced non-core functions Flexible and adaptable individuals with can-do attitude and pride in their work Teamwork over individual performance Small local company operating within a larger multinational J-18808-Ljbffr
