Energy R&D Project Manager

Social network you want to login/join with: RINA is currently recruiting for a Energy R&D Project Manager to join its office in Genova or Milano, Italy within the Green Energy Solutions Division. Mission This role focuses on project management of international R&D projects related to power generation, renewable sources, energy efficiency, and smart power grid management. Job responsibilities The new resource will be part of the Energy Innovation Strategic Centre team, mainly involved in R&D projects and innovation activities. They will: Manage or support the management of EU R&D projects in power generation, renewable energy integration, decarbonization, energy transition, and power grid development. Contribute to RINA’s technical development activities within EU-funded projects, interacting with international partners. Assist in delivering reports and results for European research and innovation projects focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies, and smart grids. Support the creation of new opportunities and the preparation of proposals for European and international R&D programmes. Help grow RINA’s network of R&D partners in power generation, distribution, industrial efficiency, and decarbonization. Experience At least 2 years of experience in R&D projects. Fluent in English and Italian. Excellent verbal and written reporting skills. Ability to conduct research, organize work, and produce results. Good teamwork attitude. Education Degree in energy, electrical, or mechanical engineering, focusing on renewable energy technologies, smart grids, energy efficiency, or power generation.
