Mission The Resource Efficiency and Management Unit of RINA is seeking a highly motivated candidate to support the team in managing and developing projects and proposals for International Financing Institutions (EBRD, EIB, WB, etc.). The successful candidate will have a passion for energy transition and the green economy sectors, strong project management skills, good communication skills, and an excellent teamwork attitude. Key Accountabilities Assist the Project Manager in running projects for International Financing Institutions in the fields of energy transition, SME (small medium enterprises) competitiveness, gender parity, and green finance; Engage actively with clients to deliver projects and identify new commercial opportunities; Support the elaboration and revision of technical reports related to Green Financing and SME competitiveness for International Financing Institutions; Coordinate with local and international consultants to ensure project quality standards; Develop new project opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and estimate costs; Support overall project management, meeting client requirements; Stay updated on regulations and best practices related to product quality, safety, environment, and health and safety of SMEs. Experience Interest in energy transition and gender empowerment, especially in the context of a just transition; Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both oral and written; knowledge of a third language is a plus; Ability to write structured, concise, and well-reasoned reports, proposals, and documents; Availability for short business trips within and outside the EU; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Excellent team player with strong communication skills. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Engineering (General).
