Strategic Business Development Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for defining and continuously refining the HVAC strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, as well as leading business development projects and strategic planning. Responsibilities: Define and implement business strategies, including sustainability initiatives, with a proactive approach to challenge the status quo and explore alternative scenarios. Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis. Support inorganic growth opportunities, manage the business portfolio actively, and lead potential inorganic projects. Develop partnerships and collaborations to strengthen the HVAC technology market position. Propose and lead strategic development projects for the Business Line and Division. Ensure stakeholders understand the competitive and market landscape. Communicate the strategy effectively and oversee its systematic execution. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. Foster cross-functional collaboration with business and corporate colleagues. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Candidate Profile: Degree in a relevant field is preferred. Experience in the HVAC industry. Proven track record in advising and leading stakeholders across OEMs and End Users. Experience in business management or consulting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic recommendation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and negotiation. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams toward common goals.
