Bcomp Ltd. is a young and dynamic Swiss company specialized in the development, marketing and sales of natural fibre composite solutions for high performance applications. With a background in the sports industry, we are now focusing on entering the motorsports and mobility markets. We develop sustainable light weighting solutions based on natural fibres in close collaboration with our customers, in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial working environment. To strengthen its Quality team and further boost its market entry into large-scale mobility, Bcomp is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Ensure the application of Bcomp’s quality requirements throughout the supply chain (supplier quality manual, product specifications, quality control, and continuous improvement). Participate in the deployment and ongoing improvement of automotive core tools with suppliers, such as: pFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and 8D (if suppliers are not certified to IATF 16949). Manage and participate in the resolution of non-conformities, customer complaints, and continuous improvement actions. Act as an internal auditor (process and product) to ensure compliance with internal standards and support continuous improvement initiatives, including supplier chain audits (, VDA and Support theSupplier & Operations Quality Managerin various tasks related to the Quality Management System, in alignment with partner expectations. Coordinate cross-functional action plans with other departments and stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely achievement of expected results. Maintain a proactive mindset to promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency Qualifications and Personal Qualities: Degree in Quality Engineering or equivalent Proven experience in Supplier Quality Management, including implementation of internal requirements in the supply chain Hands-on experience with automotive core tools (AIAG and VDA standards): pFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and 8D Experience working within certified environments (IATF 16949 or EN 9100) Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and EN 9100 standards is essential Languages: Fluent in English; German is a real plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard IT tools; experience with SAP is a plus Ability to work independently and communicate relevant information clearly to the team Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and suggest improvements Able to work under pressure with tight deadline Excellent verbal communication and influencing skills to drive change and ensure standard implementation Willingness to travel frequently (average 1 day per week) to support suppliers and customers Do you want to take part in the adventure of a young, fast-moving company, which is in full development in the automotive sector?
