Job Description Job Description Description: Location: Midtown Manhattan (Hudson Yards Area) (Union Local 32BJ Position) Salary: $79,227/year Union Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Full-time position Description We are hiring a Superintendent to lead operations at a premier 500,000 sq. ft. commercial building located in Midtown, steps from Hudson Yards. This is a union role with full oversight of staff and active involvement in life safety and security operations.
