This role could be your perfect fit. The Role: As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in both project management and business development. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage key client relationships, oversee high-quality technical delivery, and mentor engineers at various stages of their careers. Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of complex civil engineering projects across multiple sectors Oversee detailed design of infrastructure, drainage, and highway schemes Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service Line-manage and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and accountability Support business development and contribute to proposals and bids Work closely with directors to support the strategic growth of the Civils division Project Sectors Include: Commercial Healthcare Residential Conservation & Heritage Infrastructure and Urban Regeneration About the Company: This progressive consultancy was established with the goal of delivering engineering solutions the right way, prioritising quality, client relationships, and technical excellence.
