In this hands-on role you will lead a team of four software developers, while being a task expert. This is a hybrid working role, with a 5050 split between being on site in Leicester and working from home. The ideal candidate will be a full stack software developer with leadership and management experience. You will have experience working in PHP, Node.JS, SQL, Postgres, GIT and Agile Software Development.
