The Role: As the Head of FPGA, you will: Lead Hardware Strategy: Define and execute the hardware engineering roadmap, with a sharp focus on ASIC design and high-performance FPGA solutions. What You Bring: We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven background in FPGA and ASIC development. Your technical expertise and strategic mindset will be key to driving the team forward. You should have: Extensive FPGA Development Experience – Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog, with a strong understanding of low-latency optimisation. ASIC Design Mastery – A track record of delivering ASIC projects that meet demanding performance metrics. Strategic Vision and Leadership – Ability to define technology roadmaps that align with business growth. Collaborative Spirit – Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with software and hardware teams. Educational Background – Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
