Key Responsibilities As the Head of Indirect Procurement, you will: Lead regional procurement cost reduction initiatives for non-centrally led commodities and services. Support European-wide procurement strategies through data gathering and collaboration. Optimise departmental structure to enhance cost-effectiveness and maximize spend. Manage, develop, and motivate procurement staff to achieve performance targets. Ensure supplier management reviews align with corporate standards. Maintain strong stakeholder communication through regular business reviews. Drive the deployment and enhancement of the P2P global platform (Coupa) and streamline vendor onboarding and contract management. Track KPIs with Regional Finance to assess spend, vendor performance, and procurement efficiency. Skills and Experience A Masters degree in Purchasing, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering. Proven leadership experience in procurement. A results-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills. Strong communication abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
