ONSITE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (SANDTON)

Qualifications and Experience: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of working experience with Vendor ESSN hardware product technical certifications (Dell, HP & Cisco). Minimum 5 years of working experience with Software Certifications (Microsoft, Adobe, VMware, etc.). CompTIA A & N Certification is essential. MCP or MCSE Certificate is essential. A Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology is highly desirable. 5 years of IT hardware and software support experience is required.
