Job Duties: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate project activities and resources Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address issues Risk assessment and management throughout the project lifecycle Lead project team meetings and provide direction and support to team members Prepare and present project reports to management Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Business Acquisition and Merger Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practises Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Financial acumen for budget management Good understanding of Company acquisition Process Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in project management tools and software
