Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all branch operations, including: Customer service excellence Achieving sales targets and driving branch growth Stock control and logistics coordination Staff performance, motivation, and HR administration Training, development, and OHS compliance General administration and branch security Building and equipment maintenance Implement strategies to improve productivity and sales performance Enhance the companys presence and reputation in the market Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with company policies Collaborate with internal departments to support business success Minimum Requirements: Relevant qualification (Business Management certificate/degree or equivalent) Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within building materials or construction sales Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MS Teams, and Zoom Valid drivers licence and clear criminal record
