Structured Credit Transaction Management Group (TMG) is a Front Office function that works closely with Trading and Structuring on all new structured credit transactions, ensuring the right level of due diligence has been carried out and all key economic terms are captured in firm infrastructure. The team maintains high standards of trade capture, lifecycle management, and monitoring, crucial for risk management. The function involves constant liaison with Sales, Structuring, Trading, IT, Finance, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance. Join Barclays as an Analyst in Structured Credit TMG, supporting Global Credit & Financing Solutions (GCFS), CLO & Global Credit Asset Solutions (GCAS) activities, working closely with structured traders across Barclays' offices in EMEA, US, and Asia. Initial Trade Capture and validation of Structured Products and Position Management (Lifecycle events such as Loan Paydowns, Terminations, Rate Resets, Restructuring) Review of term sheets to ensure all transaction aspects are captured and onboarding onto internal and external vendor platforms Input real-time regulatory exceptions into Trade Capture Systems (e.g., MIFID, Dodd-Frank, Brexit, Mandatory Clearing) and manage related queries Essential Skills: • Excellent team player, responds well under pressure • Diligent, accurate, hardworking • Confident, personable, able to build strong relationships with Front Office • Fast learner, proactive, adaptable Desirable Skills: • Front Office support experience (Trading Assistant, Trade Support, Middle Office) • Knowledge of Structured Products (CLN, SPV Repack, Bespoke CDS, Total Return Swap, Repo), including payoffs and valuation challenges • Experience resolving P&L queries Barclays is legally required to confirm your right to work. Purpose of the role To ensure smooth trading desk operations by providing operational support, handling administrative tasks, and supplying market information and research to traders, sales, and stakeholders.
