Role Overview My client is a leading global fund house, seeking a seasoned Compliance leader in Singapore. You will report to the CEO and oversee the SG and HK Compliance functions. Responsibilities Liaise with MAS and SFC on compliance issues. Identify compliance gaps and implement frameworks to mitigate risks. Ensure policies align with regulatory requirements and advise the business accordingly. Perform ad hoc regulatory compliance duties across the group. Foster and maintain a compliance culture within the firm. Requirements Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. At least 10 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role, preferably with alternative experience. Strong understanding of MAS and SFC regulations.
