Key Skills SAP Configuration & Order Management Expertise in configuring SAP for order management, including Sales Orders, ASN, DELFOR, DELJIT, Invoices, Outputs, and Partner Profile setup Setup for various IDoc types (X12, chemXML, etc.) Management of blocks and creation of output condition records Experience working with web services IDoc Development, Monitoring & Testing Hands-on experience with IDoc-related transactions (e.g., WE19, WE02) Portal & Middleware Expertise Knowledge of eCommerce portals such as Ariba, SupplyOn, etc. Creation and maintenance of mapping documents Collaboration with middleware teams on connection setups Vendor & Partner Integrations Coordination with VAN partners (DXP/Liaison, Elemica, TradingGrid) Engagement with ABAP teams for user exits Automation & Process Optimization SAP order management automation, including Otto RPA Bot and self-service portals (e.g., My.CE) Testing & Quality Assurance Support for test scenarios, including sales order and invoice creation, and block removal Master Data & SAP SD Knowledge Understanding of master data (material, customer, CMIR, etc.) Basic knowledge of SAP SD modules, including MRP, delivery & transportation, billing, pricing, and GTS Integration & System Connectivity Experience managing key integration points between VAN and SAP Key Responsibilities EDI & SAP Order Management Expertise Serve as the IT specialist for EDI and SAP solutions supporting eCommerce operations Technical Support & Issue Resolution Provide Level 2 IT support for EDI systems Act as a liaison with customers and stakeholders to diagnose and resolve system issues IT Solution Implementation & Optimization Facilitate the deployment and support of IT solutions that enhance Celanese business functionality Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient solution implementation SAP System Design & Configuration Lead the design, configuration, and testing of various SAP modules Business Process Analysis & Improvement Assess existing business processes and recommend innovative solutions to meet operational needs Global IT Alignment & Strategy Convert local/regional business requirements into globally aligned and sustainable IT solutions Strategic IT Projects & Implementations Manage or contribute to major IT initiatives, including M&As, divestitures, new SAP modules, and system rollouts Innovation & Industry Best Practices Execute complex assignments that drive process innovation and improvement Stay informed on industry best practices to ensure cutting-edge IT solutions Quality Assurance & Integration Oversight Guarantee seamless integration of solutions across finance, manufacturing, purchasing, and other business units Conduct thorough testing to ensure system reliability, including positive, negative, and regression testing Compliance & Organizational Standards Maintain deep knowledge of company guidelines and ensure adherence to safety, security, PMO, and operational protocols
