Mission For our Renewable Energy Area, we are looking for a Project Manager with strong technical capabilities and experience in Renewable Energy projects (such as wind, solar, biomethane, etc). Key Accountabilities The ideal candidate has gained relevant experience in the Renewable Energy technical sector and would like to start coordinating and managing projects as a Project Manager. Main activities will include: Performing day-to-day management of projects and ensuring effective implementation Ensuring effective and timely communication with clients and acting as their direct interface Coordinating a multidisciplinary technical engineering team and liaising with business units worldwide to support and standardize execution methods Establishing and maintaining project monitoring, administration, and financial management Assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the overall project execution plan Drafting technical-commercial proposals and handling technical tasks (e.g., drafting and reviewing technical due diligence reports) Participating in periodic meetings with clients (reporting, MOM preparation, follow-up of action items) Education Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Engineering, or Civil Engineering Qualifications At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Renewable Energy sector, ideally in a technical role Project Management attitude Experience in consultancy is a plus Fluency in written and spoken English Knowledge of additional languages is a plus LI-MT3 Competencies Promote sustainable development Manage emotions Pioneer change Build networks Make effective decisions Address the way Think forward Client intimacy Earn trust With over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries, RINA provides certification, marine classification, testing, supervision, inspection, training, and engineering consultancy services across various sectors.
