What We Are Looking For: We are seeking an AI & Data Lead with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the ICT or Cybersecurity sector. You will lead and coordinate the AI & Data team, responsible for Ermes data infrastructure and managing internal AI projects from design to deployment. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the AI & Data team activities. Identify team needs and facilitate resource allocation. Engage with external consultants and participate in cybersecurity/AI events. Support Product and Sales teams in developing new market ideas and gathering feedback. Oversee the entire ML/AI model lifecycle in production, from data collection to monitoring. Manage the data lifecycle, including pipelines and business use case support. Monitor performance and costs of production services. Develop and implement ML/AI applications. Coordinate with other business units. Contribute to defining new product lines from conception to sales. Key Requirements: Master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLMs. Strong leadership and attention to detail. Excellent monitoring, analysis, and coordination skills. Critical thinking and synthesis abilities. Proven project management skills. Experience with ML/AI frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.). Knowledge of software engineering processes and Agile methodologies. Understanding of cybersecurity, GDPR, and data security standards. Network within research communities and industry professionals. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
