Support the business on risk analysis, compliance, and transaction strategy. Profile Qualified Lawyer with 5 years of experience in a leading law firm or investment fund, with a focus on real estate finance and debt structuring. Knowledge of French or civil law is a strong advantage. Strong knowledge of cross-border transactions and secured lending frameworks. Sharp commercial mindset, adaptable, and solution-driven, with excellent negotiation skills. Fluent in English and French; other European languages are a plus.
