You'll partner with leaders and teams across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive our HR Strategy forward. Key responsibilities * Collaborate with business leaders to develop and shape the workforce aligned with our strategy * Use HR data and metrics to steer strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement * Develop and execute the talent management agenda, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning * Participate in the design and implementation of transformation processes within the Group * Use and drive implementation of HR technologies, including AI-based tools * Partner with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes, programs, and policies to meet the evolving needs of our organization and drive employee experience * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table * Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for all employees Required Competencies * Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR or business experience * Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving strategic initiatives * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others as well as excellent German and English language skills (written, verbal) * A creative mindset with the ability to act out of your comfort zone Our Offer * A highly strategic role to empower our businesses with impactful HR excellence * Check out the broad range of benefits at Erste Group * We offer a salary starting EUR 60.000,- gross per year.
