Vacancy Summary Job Title: M&E Manager Job Type: Permanent Job Ref: 1228 Location: West London Start Date: ASAP Salary: c£80k-£85k basic plus competitive package inc car or allowance, mileage to site, pension, health, bonus etc. Company & Project: A Top 100 Main contractor is seeking to recruit a talented and experienced M&E Manager, to join their team in West London, working on c£16m worth of MEP packages, on new build projects, leading a team of M&E Engineers, through procurement, design and delivery on site. Our client has an enviable track record on projects c£50m and have delivered projects on a repeat basis in London. The senior management team is well respected for its effective leadership, employee development, and business acumen, which has led to the business achieving achieving back-to-back project wins in the area. Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervision of the procurement of M&E packages, design coordination and delivery of packages. You will be overseeing the quality, monitoring works on a daily basis, liaising daily with subcontractors and consultants along with updating records relating to the quality control process. The successful candidate will be from either a sub-contractor or main contractor background. Previous experience working across procurement, design and deliery is essential. It would be highly advantageous for the successful candidate to have both Electrical and Mechanical experience. Desirable Experience: Previous experience either as an M&E Manager or Building Services Manager. Experience on M&E packages/projects c£10m in total value would be desirable. Good knowledge of Health and Safety. Previous Roles: Building Services Manager OR Electrical Manager OR Senior M&E Supervisor OR M&E Manager OR M&E Engineer OR M&E Project Manager. Qualifications & Skills: Relevant Electrical, Mecahnical or Building Services qualification for example, HND or Degree or City & Guilds.
