Senior Business Analyst (Energy & Utilities Consulting) Leeds – Hybrid £60,000 - £78,000 A leading management consultancy are currently growing their Energy and Utilities Consulting Practice; they’re in search of a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. You’ll be an expert within management consulting to lead on business analysis engagements on major change and IT solutioning projects within the Automotive, Energy and Utilities sectors. Key Skills Required for the Senior Business Analyst: • Experience in Business Analysis/Functional Consultant roles on transformation programmes within the Energy sector • Background in consulting or relevant industries such as automotive • Strong understanding of both business and technical requirements • Knowledge of industry trends including AI, ML, IoT, digital disruption, and new business models • Full project lifecycle experience across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Proven ability to lead small to medium-sized teams or workstreams within larger programmes • Skilled in developing strategic solutions and execution roadmaps • Experience in global delivery environments and working with distributed teams • Familiarity with product ownership, innovation lifecycles, and MVP development • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills • Creative, analytical, and adaptable problem-solver with a collaborative mindset • Experience contributing to practice development through thought leadership, mentoring, or capability building The Senior Business Analyst Package: • £60,000 - £80,000 base • Company Bonus (discretionary) • Pension Scheme • Medical Cover To hear more about the Senior Business Analyst opportunity, get in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade on 020 7780 6706.
