Care Support Worker - London

Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible | Temp | Agency | Permanent | London & Surrounding Areas We’re expanding our dedicated team of Care Support Workers to provide compassionate, person-centred care across London and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping older and vulnerable individuals live independently, with dignity and joy in their day-to-day lives. Salary & Benefits: * £14 - £15 per hour * Paid holiday and sick leave * Pension scheme * Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day Key Responsibilities: * Provide warm companionship and meaningful engagement * Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) * Support with meal preparation and ensuring healthy nutrition * Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and social visits * Assist with housekeeping tasks and maintaining a clean environment * Administer medication as needed * Carry out regular well-being checks Requirements: No formal care experience is required – full training is provided.
