Laser & Punch Technician

Are you experienced with laser and punch machines and looking to develop your CAD skills? Join our growing manufacturing team as a Flat Bed Laser and Punch Machine Technician, working with industry-leading Amada machinery and Lantek software. You’ll also have the opportunity to progress your career with SolidWorks CAD training and certification. The Laser & Punch Technician Role: * Operate and maintain Amada flat bed laser and punch machines * Use Lantek software to manage cutting and punching programs * Inspect and ensure quality of fabricated parts * Work to technical drawings and production schedules * Support continuous improvement and machine maintenance activities * Train and develop skills in SolidWorks CAD, with a dedicated training course provided The Successful Laser & Punch Technician: * Previous experience operating laser and punch machines (Amada experience desirable) * Familiarity with Lantek or similar nesting/CAM software * Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Willingness to learn and develop CAD design skills What’s in it for you: Full-time, permanent position with a stable Monday–Friday schedule Access to SolidWorks CAD training and development Supportive and forward-thinking manufacturing environment Apply now to take your technical skills to the next level and grow into CAD and design with expert support and real hands-on experience
