Role: Plant Fitter - Crusher and Screens Location: Glasgow Salary: £21 - £25 per hour basic | OTE £55,000 – £65,000 My client, a well-established and reputable Plant and Equipment company, is seeking a skilled Crushing & Screening Engineer to join their busy and growing team. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing crushing and screening machinery at customer sites, ensuring all equipment operates at peak performance. What’s on Offer for an experienced Plant Fitter: * Industry leading £21 - £25/hr depending on experience * £55K–£65K realistic OTE with paid overtime * Company van fuel card * Modern workshops, premium tooling, latest diagnostics * Progression within business * A respectful, professional team culture What You’ll Be Doing as an Plant Fitter: * Routine Maintenance: Performing maintenance on crushers, screeners, and associated equipment. * Repairs: Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs. * Diagnostics and Fault Finding: Using diagnostic tools and methods to identify and rectify issues. * Safety Inspections: Conducting inspections to ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards. * Field Service Work: Attending customer sites to provide on-site service and support. What You’ll Need as strong Plant Fitter: * NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Plant Maintenance * Recent Hands-on experience with Crusher and Screener machinery servicing, maintenance, and repairs * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability * Full UK driving licence * Good communication and a professional attitude If you’re great at what you do and curious what else is possible — drop us a message
