Foot Mobile Engineer £43,000 - £45,000 London An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrically qualified Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading building services provider. You’ll be covering multiple commercial sites across London’s Zones 1 and 2, providing planned and reactive maintenance as part of a close-knit, mobile engineering team. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites Support with basic mechanical systems (pumps, belts, bearings, AHUs/FCUs etc.) Maintain up-to-date logbooks and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures Liaise with subcontractors and ensure high standards of service delivery Support with site audits, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems Requirements: Recognised Electrical Qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Previous experience in a commercial building services environment Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Confident working independently and managing your own workload Multi-skilled (basic mechanical knowledge beneficial) Personable, professional, and reliable Salary & Benefits: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card Provided 25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays Pension Scheme Overtime opportunities Training & development plans Career progression within a growing company Advert Posted by Ben Butt
