Management Accountant

We are recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a fast growing business IT business based in Bury. This role will be responsible for producing end to end management accounts & financial analysis for the business. Description Responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow reconciliations, along with commentary and variance analysis. Preparation of monthly board pack, consisting of performance analysis, commentary, and progress on key strategic actions, to be used by board of directors and senior management team. Full monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Monthly reforecasting of business performance against original budget, along with commentary to support reforecast. Assist and support the creation of annual budgets. Preparation of quarterly VAT Returns Ad-Hoc reporting to support key business decisions and strategy development Assist in year-end external audit. Development and management of dashboards to support KPI reporting. Calculation & posting of monthly prepayment & accrual journals. Profile The successful candidate will: Be part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or QBE Have a proven track record in a similar role Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel Be able to present financial data to non-finance colleagues Be an excellent written and verbal communicator Job Offer A salary up to £45,000, hybrid working, on site parking, excellent pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays & more.
