Infrastructure & Support Specialist London (Wembley) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Support Specialist to join our client's team in the Wembley area. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical support professional specializing in Windows environments, IT infrastructure management, and system optimization. Package * Holiday: 25 days annual leave * Location: Onsite in Wembley, London Key Responsibilities * Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office environments * Manage and administer Windows Server infrastructure * Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions * Oversee network and security management protocols * Assist with hardware and software procurement processes Required Skills & Experience * Proven experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) * Knowledge of virtualization platforms * Networking expertise * Cyber security proficiency * MS SQL Server experience * Basic scripting capabilities Preferred Qualifications * IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) * Degree in Computer Science or related field * ITIL certification
