2nd Line Engineer Permanent role On-site in Blackburn Office £27k - £28k We're recruiting on behalf of a Services Provider assisting them with a search for a 2nd Line Engineer where you act as an escalation point for any technical issues. As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will be responsible for; Aligning with established customer procedures within a Windows 11/O365 environment. Proactively manage open tickets by providing consistent and timely status updates. Diagnose and resolve routine desktop issues promptly to support business operations. Proven skills and experience to help succeed in this role include; Previous experience working within a desk side environment, within a customer related industry. Excellent communication and timekeeping skills. An understanding of ITIL best practices. Further information available upon application.
