Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Our client have a strong pipeline of projects with one being a residential development in Ashford in Kent. They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented senior QS to join their team and take ownership of a new-build housing development in Ashford. About the Project: 2x RC Frame blocks of 34 apartments 80 weeks All HA plots. Key Responsibilities: * Managing all costs * Preparing tender and contract documents * Performing risk, value management, and cost control * Liaising with clients, contractors, and the design team * Reporting on budget and forecasting final costs * Ensuring that project milestones and budgets are met ✅ Requirements: * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline * Minimum 5 years of experience along with experience within RC Frame * Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and procurement practices * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Proficiency in relevant QS software (e.g., Causeway, COINS, Excel) What’s on Offer: * A dynamic and supportive working environment * Long-term career progression opportunities * Competitive salary and benefits package * The chance to work on a high-profile residential scheme in a growing area Interested?
