Job Description
Are you an experienced Document Controller/Administrator seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive and professional environment? We are working in partnership with a leading construction and engineering firm to recruit for a proactive and detail-focused Document Controller/Administrator. In this role, you will support the Operations Support Manager and play a vital part in ensuring documentation is accurately managed, stored, and distributed throughout the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your organisational skills and attention to detail to a role where you'll make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and update project documentation on the Project Information Management (PIM) system * Coordinate site and office documentation to ensure revision control * Support in producing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals * Monitor compliance with quality and safety systems (QEMS) * Assist in the subcontractor approval process and maintain templates * Provide admin support across the business and occasional reception cover About You: * 2–3 years of experience in a Document Controller/Administrator role * Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office * Comfortable working independently and to deadlines * Excellent communicator, both written and verbal * Familiar with the construction industry (desirable) Whether you're already working as a Document Controller/Administrator or you're an experienced administrator looking to specialise, this could be the role for you.
