Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients. Deliver offers and quotes to current and potential customers. Report to the Sales Director Europe. Main Activities: Define sales strategies for the company's products. Gather information for sale contracts. Coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions. Seek new business opportunities, especially related to replacing Polyamide compounds. Negotiate sale terms with management approval. Manage customer rates. Issue sample and test requests for the laboratory. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes. Identify and manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and customer structural changes. Serve as an interface between customers and internal teams. Support technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes. Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during management and sales meetings. Your profile: Effective sales and negotiation skills. Knowledge of company’s technical capabilities and product advantages. Experience in the plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with successful account management. Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes. Strong decision-making skills to address customer issues. Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.
